This instrument uses gas chromatography analysis technology to analyze various gas products during the natural heating process of coal seams and predict the natural combustion process of coal seams. In practical applications, CO, C2H4, and C2H2 are used as the main indicators to predict the spontaneous combustion process of coal seams (slow oxidation, accelerated oxidation, and intense oxidation stages), with other hydrocarbon gas components as auxiliary indicators; By using the decrease in concentrations of C2H2, C2H4, and CO components as indicators to determine the degree of extinguishing in a sealed fire zone, we can understand the trend of coal spontaneous combustion changes, guide mines to take targeted fire prevention and extinguishing measures, and achieve the goal of early prediction and forecasting of coal spontaneous combustion status and unsealed fire zones. This instrument is suitable for early prediction and forecasting of coal spontaneous combustion, continuously monitoring the changes in gas components and concentrations during the coal spontaneous combustion process, and preventing spontaneous combustion and gas explosions. To assess the development status and extinguishing degree of sealed fire areas, and provide scientific basis for unsealing fire areas. In the use of inert gas fire prevention and extinguishing operations, tracking and understanding the inerting situation in the work area provides assurance for fire extinguishing measures. The instrument is automatically controlled by a computer and has built-in combustion triangle software. It can achieve uninterrupted cyclic sampling analysis through 1-32 point sampling boxes and timely determine the explosion level of the sampling points. Realize dual monitoring of unmanned and manual settings, while automatically printing analysis reports and achieving network data transmission. One injection, simultaneous analysis by three channels, so as to complete analysis of 13 components of fire gas within 10 minutes, such as CO、 CO2、N2、O2、H2、CH4、C2H4、C2H6、C2H2、C3H8、C3H6、iC4H10、nC4H10 and so on.
