Cintra 6020 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer

Cintra 6010 is an economical double-beam instrument with low stray light levels and minimal noise. It supports wavelength scanning, time scanning, and fixed-wavelength measurements, along with applications such as quantitative analysis and system performance verification. The Cintra 6020 is an upgraded model that balances flexibility and functionality, offering a broad wavelength range of 190 nm to 1200 nm, low stray light, and low noise levels, making it competitive with many higher-priced UV-Vis and UV-Vis-NIR instruments.

Luminance System: Double-beam, Direct Ratio Recording System

Light Source: Tungsten Halogen Lamp + Deuterium Lamp

Light Source Switching: Automatically switches light sources based on the customer-selected wavelength

Wavelength Range: 190-1100nm

Monochromator: Czerny-Turner type, using holographic grating with automatic light source peak-seeking function

Routine Applications: Wavelength scanning, time scanning, absorbance measurement, automation of measurement processes, mathematical operations and conversion of measurement results, etc.

Quantitative Analysis: Quantitatively analyze compounds through absorbance or the peak height/peak area of specific spectral peaks

Color Analysis: Calculate color coordinate values derived from trichromatic values

Chemical Kinetics/Reaction Time Studies: With just one mouse click, data conversion and calculation of enzyme activity or determination of compound concentration can be completed

Multicomponent Analysis: Identify and measure characteristic peaks of various components in unknown samples to determine the content of each component

DNA Melting Point Test: Measure changes in absorbance with temperature of DNA samples, and calculate Tm and %GC according to standard methods
